Job Profile

  • Generate leads from social media, WhatsApp, referrals, calls, communities, and approved channels.
  • Explain IIGP products, memberships, packages, earning opportunities, and platform benefits.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert them into confirmed paid members.
  • Complete onboarding after sale and guide members to use the platform.
  • Maintain daily CRM or log sheet with leads, calls, follow-ups, remarks, and next action plan.

Monthly Target

Important: Salary is linked with attendance, daily log sheet, work quality, target achievement, sales performance, and management review.

Salary Calculation Logic

Salary is calculated based on daily activities and monthly sales performance.

Monthly Salary: USD 250

Daily Activity Score - 40%

This checks whether the executive worked properly every day.

Sales / Revenue Performance - 60%

This checks whether monthly sales and revenue targets are achieved.

  • 22 confirmed sales per month
  • $2500 minimum revenue per month
  • Quality of sales and member activation
  • Final review by Team Leader / Management
Daily Log Rule: If the daily log sheet is not submitted, that day may be treated as a non-working day and salary may not be payable.
Salary Disbursement Rule: If the sales target is not completed up to 50%, salary may go on hold until the targets are completed.
