HR must ensure that candidates are properly sourced, screened, informed, documented, and handed over for joining and induction.
Recruitment Fee Eligibility Rules
HR payment is success-based and becomes payable only after the recruited employee completes one month and receives salary.
Performance-Based Recruitment Fee
Sales Executive
$10
Payable per successful Sales Executive recruitment.
- Candidate must be selected
- Joining must be completed
- Induction must be attended
- Employee must work for one month
- Employee must receive first salary
Team Leader
$20
Payable per successful Team Leader recruitment.
- Candidate must be selected
- Joining must be completed
- Team Leader training must be completed
- Employee must work for one month
- Employee must receive first salary
Trainer
$50
Payable per successful Trainer recruitment.
- Candidate must be selected
- Joining must be completed
- Trainer role must be activated
- Employee must work for one month
- Employee must receive first salary
Important: If the recruited employee leaves, is terminated, does not complete one month, or does not receive salary, the recruitment fee for that employee will not be payable.
