Fee is payable after employee completes one month and receives salary.

HR Job Profile

  • Recruit candidates for Sales Executive, Team Leader, and Trainer positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, WhatsApp groups, social media, referrals, and approved channels.
  • Explain IIGP role profile, work expectations, payment structure, targets, and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening for communication, confidence, sales mindset, experience, and availability.
  • Coordinate interviews, selection confirmation, offer communication, joining date, and induction schedule.
  • Track recruited employees until they complete one month and receive their first salary.

Payment Condition: HR recruitment fee will be paid only after the recruited employee completes one month successfully and receives salary from the company.

Search candidates from social media, job groups, references, MLM/network marketing circles, sales communities, and digital business groups.

Lead Generation for HR

Role Explanation

Explain role responsibilities, working method, reporting process, daily expectations, salary/fee conditions, and company rules clearly.

Candidate Communication

Candidate Screening

Check communication skills, confidence, seriousness, experience, availability, sales mindset, and suitability for the role.

Shortlisting

Document Collection

Collect resume, contact details, ID proof, address, photo, education details, and other documents required by the company.

Joining Formalities

Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews with Admin, Team Leader, Trainer, or Management and follow up until selection status is confirmed.

Trainer / Induction Officer

Candidates responsible for company induction, product explanation, sales portal training, mock calls, motivation, and team leader training.

Recruitment Process

HR payment is success-based and becomes payable only after the recruited employee completes one month and receives salary.

Important: If the recruited employee leaves, is terminated, does not complete one month, or does not receive salary, the recruitment fee for that employee will not be payable.
