Team Leader Job Profile

  • Generate personal leads, calls, follow-ups, and monthly self sales.
  • Manage assigned Sales Executives and monitor their daily performance.
  • Conduct team meetings for training, motivation, review, and sales strategy.
  • Help executives close prospects and complete member onboarding.
  • Review daily log sheets, call reports, lead status, and follow-up pipeline.
  • Report team performance, challenges, and target progress to Management.

Salary Calculation Logic

Team Leader salary is calculated based on self performance, team performance, and daily activity.

Monthly Salary: USD 420

Self Target - 40%

This checks the Team Leader own sales and revenue achievement.

This checks the performance of assigned Sales Executives.

This checks daily discipline and leadership work.

Daily Reporting Rule: If daily log sheet or team review report is not submitted, activity salary may be reduced and the day may be treated as non-compliant.
Salary Disbursement Rule: If self target or team target performance is below acceptable level, salary may be kept on hold until performance review is completed.

Team target depends on the number of active Sales Executives assigned under the Team Leader.

Daily Leadership Duties

1. Check Team Attendance

Verify that team members are active and submitting daily reports.

2. Review Leads & Calls

Check lead quality, calling status, follow-ups, and next actions.

3. Support Closures

Help team members handle objections and close interested prospects.

4. Conduct Meeting

Train, motivate, and review the team as per meeting schedule.

5. Submit Team Report

Send daily or weekly performance summary to Management.

Team Sales Process

1. Assign Daily Targets

Ensure every Sales Executive knows their lead, call, follow-up, and sales target.

2. Monitor Pipeline

Track hot leads, warm leads, cold leads, pending closures, and follow-up dates.

3. Train & Improve

Guide executives on pitch, objection handling, product explanation, and closing.

4. Push Closures

Help team members convert interested prospects into paid members.

5. Report to Admin

Submit clear team performance updates and support requirements.
