Trainer Job Profile

  • Conduct complete company induction for new Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
  • Explain IIGP, company vision, platform modules, products, target market, and sales opportunity.
  • Train Sales Executives on lead generation, calling, follow-up, onboarding, and daily reporting.
  • Explain how to use the Sales Portal, add leads, update customer status, and submit daily log sheets.
  • Conduct mock calls and teach professional behaviour, confidence, tone, pitch, and closing methods.
  • Train Team Leaders on team management, team motivation, review meetings, and performance monitoring.

Sales Executive Induction

For each successful Sales Executive induction and training.

Team Leader Training

For each successful Team Leader training and team management session.

Payment Condition: Trainer commission will become payable only after the trained Sales Executive or Team Leader completes 1 month successfully and receives salary from the company.

Trainer must submit complete induction and training report for every Sales Executive and Team Leader.

Commission Eligibility Rules

Trainer payment is performance-linked and becomes eligible only after the trainee successfully continues for one month.

Payable for each Team Leader who completes team management training successfully.

  • Team Leader induction must be completed
  • Sales portal and reporting training must be completed
  • Team management training must be completed
  • Team review and motivation process must be explained
  • Team Leader must complete 1 month and receive salary
Important: If the trainee leaves, is terminated, does not complete one month, or does not receive salary, the trainer commission for that trainee will not be payable.
