Trainer must ensure that every Sales Executive and Team Leader clearly understands the company, product, sales process, daily reporting, and expected conduct.
Commission Eligibility Rules
Trainer payment is performance-linked and becomes eligible only after the trainee successfully continues for one month.
Performance-Based Training Fee
Sales Executive Training Fee
$10
Payable for each Sales Executive who completes induction and training successfully.
- Induction must be completed
- Portal training must be completed
- Mock call must be conducted
- Training report must be submitted
- Executive must complete 1 month and receive salary
Team Leader Training Fee
$20
Payable for each Team Leader who completes team management training successfully.
- Team Leader induction must be completed
- Sales portal and reporting training must be completed
- Team management training must be completed
- Team review and motivation process must be explained
- Team Leader must complete 1 month and receive salary
Important: If the trainee leaves, is terminated, does not complete one month, or does not receive salary, the trainer commission for that trainee will not be payable.

Prepare every Sales Executive and Team Leader to understand IIGP, use the Sales Portal, communicate professionally, generate leads, follow up, close sales, and grow as part of the IIGP sales system.
